Well, I just got a new car and need to get insurance. I was wondering what the best site is for insurance quotes and where I can get the cheapest insurance? Thank you in advance!

Believe it or not Progressive tells you their rates and other company rates even if they are less than theirs
You know the best way is to look in the yellow pages! Why you guys always need on-line.? That’s why we have identity theft. You put all sorts of info on your computer that opens you up to it. Half don’t even have a good firewall, spyware, or virus protection.
I would suggest Landa.
They cover many states, not just Texas and California.
My mom, dad, sister, and I use them. We all live in different states.
Hope this helps. See there contact info below.
Try the General,
I wouldn’t trust any quote from an online source; when I had an agency, it was hard enough to keep up with 2 or 3 companies’ rates. An online source could hardly be able to keep up with many companies’ changes, so it may not be current. Try several agents or companies on the phone; they’ll be current.
And remember–cheapest is not always best.
For auto insurance the best way to get a fantastic quote is do a rate comparison on car policies. Make sure that you pick similar policies with the same deductibles, auto model, location, etc so that all options are a good comparison.
What I always recommend is an online comparison quote at since they have big name insurers and will give multiple prices on car insurance polices.
Try
They allow you to compare quotes from all of the leading insurance companies in the nation so you can find the cheapest insurance rates possible.
There is no best place. Insurance companies target market certain groups of people and give them their best rates. Groupings are based on prior insurance coverage, age, gender, credit rating, driving record, marriage status and even occupation. Your best source would be your local independent insurance agent. He/she knows who writes which group at what price.
I’ve had good info about it here:
Have a nice day.
You could try to use google it first, here has some direct information which I think is might be helpful.
I agree with Samantha. Landa is the best website I have found.
