What would be a great car insurance company to go to?
I am an 18 year old, male, just got employed and now I’m looking to get car insurance for an ’87 Chevy Blazer. Any suggestions?

The cheapest! But seriously, if you have other assets, see if you can bundle insurance on them. At 18 that is highly unlikely. See if you get a deal getting on your parents policy, but it is likely you will just exponentially raise their rate. If you have a job see if there is a discount through work. And if you have any ability at all in life to get USAA…DO IT!
Ask a good independent agent.They will shop around for a rate. Be prepared ! at your age youza. If you can afford to pay the bill in one go,ask mom or dad to help and pay them back,rather than paying monthly. It will cost you 1/3 to 1/2 as much again to pay monthly!!Get a reference from your folks ,also, take a defensive driving course, this can sometimes lower your rate. Remember this can be fun or an offensive weapon,and DONT let anyone else drive your car Good luck be safe.
