What should i do about car insurance?

In my last question i mentioned that i am no longer insured. I do not have a car, so i cannot just go out and buy car insurance. so they said i need to be covered under one of my parents policy or something… My mom refuses to do it, Because i missed one month payment while i was on hers before.. And i have no one else who wants to… Is there a no car insurance that i can get that covers me regardless of what i drive, so im not uninsured. I cant drive without insurance.
