What is the cheapest car insurance in PA?

So basically I need to insure my car, it’s a old one worth about 2000 bucks, so I want the absolute bare minumum amount of insurance. Does anyone know any really cheap but legit car insurance companies? Oh and of course I’m 19 so that’ll raise the cost a whale of a lot.

Progressive Specialty Insurance is about $95.00 a month fo a 18 yr old
I’m guessing you own the car outright and have the option to go with liability only, paying any car damage out of pocket, with a typical $500 deductible it takes some serious damage before the cost of full coverage pays off. Be sure to check out the quote breakdown, you might find everything besides liability are small cost additions.
The Pennsylvania Insurance Department is one with (2007) rate comparison charts that give sample prices for 20 of the major players, though not as effective as other state’s rate comparisons that provide for several different driver samples profiles, this info might give you an idea of the most economical insurers. (The PA tables only show rates for a 35 year old, with some really vague price range quotes)
