How long does one have to make a car insurance claim in Alberta?

Does anyone know, or can anyone tell me where to find info on how long one has to make a car insurance claim?
i’ve been in the government of AB website and the Alberta Insurance Rate board but i can’t seem to find the info.

If I am not mistaken, it is 2 years, the same as Manitoba, but the problem with waiting is accounting for any damage that occurs after the initial accident, not to mention remembering correct dates and details if the claim did not involve a police report, such as a hail claim.
What country is that.?
