How long do i have to wait to change to a cheaper car insurance company?

I just got this car last week, and it’s used and the dealer financed me, but i had to go get full coverage on it before i drove it off the lot. It was late in the day and i was panicked , so i hit the 1st office i could find, and that’s going to be about $150 a month for full coverage (!!)
