You will probably have to wait until you are 16 to get a drivers license. How much insurance will cost you will depend on several things. Most insurance companies will give good student credit(you have to provide some proof of good grades) and some credit for successful completion of drivers ed. Regardless, it will be expensive until you are 25.
Some companies will give some credit if you are accident free for a specific period of time.
The cheapest way would be to have your car titled to your parents and included on their policy with you as the principal driver. This could possibly provide an additional discount for multiple cars.
You or your parents should talk with their insurance agent. He/she will be glad to advise you.
For automobile insurance the quick way to get a good rate is do a policy comparison on auto policies. Make sure that you compare similar policies with the same limits, auto model, location, etc so that all options are a good comparison.
