The other day this girl hit my car and busted my tailight and has no insurance. Now I have to eat the cost to fix my car. Is there a way to turn her in for not having insurance to get her license taken away so she cant do this to someone else? Or worse, preventing her from killing someone.
Thank you for all the advice, I think I will take her to small claims court if it dont cost very much. Im also going to get police report and have her license suspended.

Also, they seem to ask a lot of question I might just be thinking too much into, but are there any little “trappings” they ask to raise the insurance? Like when they ask how long it take you to get to work, etc.
